Moon Ritual Suggestion

1. Set the Mood

• Light a candle or step into moonlight (even through a window).
• Take 3 deep breaths to center yourself.

2. Choose Your Stone

• New Moon (Intentions): Hold the white jade palm stone.
• Full Moon (Release): Hold the obsidian palm stone.

3. Speak Your Truth

• New Moon: Whisper one intention (e.g., "I welcome new creativity").
• Full Moon: Name one thing to release (e.g., "I let go of stress").
• Place the corresponding vial (clear quartz for new, obsidian for full) beside you as support.

4. Charge & Close

• Hold your stone up toward the moon (or visualize its light). Say: "Moonlight bless this sacred token,
  as my word is spoken."
• Tuck the stone back into your pouch—ritual complete!

Tip: Keep your pouch near your bed or altar to carry the energy forward.
